You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC/AML Compliance)

You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting valid identity documents.
We may request additional information for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension or restrictions.

5. Trading & Transactions

5.1 Trading Rules

You can buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrencies through the Platform.
All transactions are final and irreversible once executed.
Prices of cryptocurrencies are subject to market fluctuations.

5.2 Fees

5.3 Deposits & Withdrawals

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform.
Be responsible for your account security, including the use of strong passwords and 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).

PSB Exchange is not liable for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations, system failures, or unauthorized account access.

8. Security Measures

However, we do not guarantee the security of digital assets and encourage Users to take precautions, such as storing funds in cold wallets.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or other illegal activities.
Manipulate market prices through wash trading, spoofing, or other deceptive practices.
Attempt to bypass Platform security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms.
You provide false or misleading information.
Your activities pose a risk to the Platform or other Users.
